Your social media efforts should not end on creating a Facebook Page and Official Twitter account for your brand. It can be a good starting point; but it cannot end here.
Give yourself some time to think before you act – after you create the account on FB and Twitter. Think about where your community (customers) hang out beyond these places. Then smartly include a bit of content marketing, discussion groups (Yahoo & Google, yes that still works); good-old forums. Add a pinch of daily deal tie-ups and you will be on a holistic social media plan.
